The NY Obesity Prevention Center for Excellence (OPCE) strengthens the collective impact of grantees and their partners in improving New Yorkers' health by increasing access to healthy foods and opportunities for physical activity.

  • Healthcare Associations of New York State showcased Glens Falls Hospital’s success providing healthy food to high-need communities via its Free Mobile Food Pantry program. Over the past two years, the pantry distributed 17,557 pounds of food to 2,429 households. To reach more people in need, Glens Falls Hospital plans to expand distribution sites.
